Kylie Thompson

Born and raised in the beautiful Southern Highlands, Kylie began her career in book publishing, working across customer service and accounts for five years before moving to Sydney. There, she spent 14 years in the Out of Home media industry, progressing from accounts to a Business Manager role in sales.

After becoming a mum, Kylie relocated to the Sunshine Coast, where she continued her career in radio sales. In 2024, the pull of family and friends brought her back home to the Highlands, where she joined The BookSitters team in September.

Kylie loves the supportive, family feel of the team and enjoys that no two days are ever the same. Outside of work, she keeps active and enjoys days at the beach, travelling, discovering new cafes and restaurants, indulging in a little online shopping, and catching up with friends.
