Justine’s success is built on more than 25 years of hands-on experience in business, supported by strong formal qualifications including a Degree in Business (Marketing Major) and a Certificate IV in Bookkeeping.
In 2009, she founded The BookSitters with a clear entrepreneurial vision: to provide business owners with services beyond traditional bookkeeping . From the outset, her focus has been on helping clients gain clarity, confidence and control over their financial position so they can make informed decisions and achieve long-term growth.

Justine’s extensive experience spans a wide range of industries, including building, hospitality, retail, health and not-for-profit organisations. This breadth of knowledge has enabled her to understand the unique operational challenges faced by business owners and deliver tailored, practical financial solutions that support sustainability and success.

Through strategic leadership, a commitment to innovation in cloud accounting, and a client-first approach grounded in education and empowerment, Justine has grown The BookSitters from a regional practice into a trusted, multi-location firm supporting businesses across Australia.
