Justine founded The BookSitters in February, 2009. She has a Degree in Business with a Major in Marketing and completed her Certificate IV in Bookkeeping in 2011. With over 15 years’ experience in bookkeeping and 25 years in small business covering building, hospitality, retail, health and not for profit industries, Justine is passionate about supporting local businesses to reach their goals.

Karin joined The BookSitters team in 2012 and has over 25 years of bookkeeping experience. Karin has strong interests in customer service, time management and organisation. As a result, her main focus is to ensure all customers goals are met and the administration of their bookkeeping is delivered in a timely manner.
Karin appreciates the Gold Coast lifestyle and on weekends she enjoys spending time at the beach or by the water with her family. With a strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail, Karin is a dedicated bookkeeper and valuable member of The BookSitters team.

Petra has a Bachelor of Commerce in Banking & Finance, with Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and a background in the financial services industry. She joined The BookSitters team in 2018 to train in bookkeeping and assist in the business operations.
Petra moved to Bowral from Sydney in 2017 and is enjoying the quieter lifestyle of the Southern Highlands. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, bushwalking and spending time outdoors with her two young sons. Petra’s dedication and passion for providing exceptional customer service make her a highly valued member of The BookSitters family.

Pru joined The BookSitters team in 2016 with a banking background and a Diploma in Accounting. She completed her bookkeeping training with The BookSitters and manages a portfolio of clients. She will be providing bookkeeping services in the Wollongong area, NSW.
Outside of work, Pru enjoys reading, bushwalking and spending time with her two young children. She is a highly organised bookkeeper and great problem solver. Pru’s financial experience and caring nature make her an asset to the team at The BookSitters.

Amanda (Mandy) joined The BookSitters team in 2018. She has over 10 years bookkeeping experience across various industries including Building and Construction, Hospitality, and Retail. In addition, Mandy also has over 25 years’ experience in running and managing her own family business both in Australia and in the United States where she lived for several years when her two sons were young.
Due to her extensive experience, Mandy has a thorough understanding of the daily needs of small business, and an empathy for the stress and issues business owners commonly face. As a result, she is committed to deliver on their requirements in a caring and timely manner.

Jackie joined The BookSitters team in April 2010 and is predominantly a Xero bookkeeper. Because she has practised Xero bookkeeping for the past 9 years, Jackie enjoys the detailed set up, conversion and integration of forensic bookkeeping projects to help businesses to run smoother.
Jackie has over 20 years’ experience in small business, trade & construction, retail and commerce. She has a fantastic eye for detail and her qualifications and experience in the financial services industry make her uniquely qualified to assist small business owners in their journey to success.
